Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. Make sure to enter your entire international address in English characters. Don't forget the Postal Code!

How much does shipping cost?

It really depends on what/how much you order. The more you buy, the higher the shipping. Shipping generally ranges anywhere between $5 and $60.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Negative. Sorry. If for some reason your item is damaged, we'll be happy to provide you with a new one, but we don't have the resources to handle exchanges at this time - so please make sure you order the correct size. All our clothing is American Apparel, who have a rather handy sizing guide.

Where is my package? The tracking information hasn't updated in a long time. Can you tell me where it is?

We see the same tracking data as you do, no extra details. International orders take much longer for shipping and processing. If the tracking information was last in the US and hasn't updated in a while then it's most probably still on its way. Once it arrives at that next overseas destination, the package will be scanned and the tracking information will update. If it has been weeks since it has been updated then let us know and we'll see what we can do. 

I paid for shipping on my order, but then the package arrived and I had to pay to receive it. 

Our shipping does not include if you have to pay import or customs taxes. This is a common occurrence for international orders and unfortunately, we have no control over them.
